Shipping for ONLINE Customers:


How much do you charge for shipping and handling?


SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Unless otherwise indicated shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

Orders are mainly shipped within 24-48 hours. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number to your email address and a receipt of your order.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on an order and return the item(s), you will be charged $8.95 shipping and handling fee.

 

What shipping method does SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM use?

SOLSTARWIRELSS.COM uses UPS as the primary carrier for most small items and USPS. Should you require faster service, UPS Second day (2 business days) or UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) are available at an extra cost.

When choosing shipping method, please keep in mind that UPS operates 5 days a week. There is no pickup or delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM does acknowledge that there are sometimes, delays in shipments from the shipping carriers used to fulfill your order that are beyond our control.

Business days – are Monday to Friday excluding National Holidays, SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM does not ship on weekends.

 

Where does SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM ship from?

SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM ships from a distribution center warehouse in Ontario, Calif. USA In addition, we have a network of suppliers worldwide which can drop ship special items to you directly.

 

When will I get my package?

PROCESSING TIME:
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Ontario, Calif. USA distribution center warehouse or from one of our Distribution partners Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

International Shipping Information:
Orders are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the US.

We ship your orders usually within 1-3 business days from United States. Ship via UPS or USPS International mail estimates its delivery timeframe at about 6-10 business days on average, this is not guaranteed. If your package is delayed by your customs office, it may take additional time for delivery that is out of our control and is not our responsibility. In very rare cases, there have been packages delayed up to 30 days due to customs delays. You may also want to contact your local post office and ask them about any possible delays from the United States to your destination.

Returns:

You have a 15 day return policy from the time that you receive the shipment (tracked through shipping carrier). If within the 15 days you are not satisfied, you may send your product back through our return policy guidelines that are explained further in this section. For a full refund, excluding shipping and handling cost.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of the product being shipped back to our warehouse located in Ontario, Calif. USA. The item that you are returning must be in original condition. This means the product must be fully operating to its maximum ability and MUST be in original packaging. It must be in a “resale condition”.  Any product sent back that has cosmetic or other damage will be denied and no refund will be issued. If the item that you are returning is received by SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM and does not meet our criteria of "resale condition," we will not issue any credit. Also, if you return a product that qualified you to receive free shipping, you will be charged $8.95. Example, you purchase 5 carrying cases and the total comes out to $55.00. If you return one of the carrying cases that would make your order amount less than $50.00, you will be refunded the product you returned, but you will be charged $8.95, which would be the standard shipping and handling fee if your order did not amount to $50 or higher+. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items we do not accept returns on:
Any CD/Software that is opened from its packaging
If the product packaging is missing.
If some parts of the product is missing.
If the product has been subject to any usage not recommended by the manufacturer
If there are any signs of damage to the product.
SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM may credit a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned item. A 25% restocking fee may apply if the customer returns the products outside of our return policy within 15 days of receiving the order.

How do I return an item?
Follow the steps below to return your item(s) correctly to ensure you receive credit

1) Read the return policy carefully make sure your item is qualified to be returned

2) Please contact us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request an RMA number or additional information about returns and exchanges. Include your Order Number in all order-related correspondences

3) Package your item in its “ resale condition”

4) Include in the package a copy of the original invoice received from SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM with the items circled that you wish to return.

5) COMPLETELY FILL OUT our return form and include it in the package (We only accept returns with the return form filled out completely)

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers expire after 15 days. You MUST SHIP OUT YOUR ITEM by the 15th calendar day of receiving your package from SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM in order to be able to receive a credit.

Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Any return we receive without an RMA number may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take two billing cycles before the credit is posted back to your account. Send your package to SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM via a traceable shipping carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or the United States Postal Service (delivery confirmation). SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM is not responsible for return items lost by the shipping carrier.

It may take up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Department.

After we receive the package and everything is in compliance with the Return Policy, your credit card will be credited for item amount less shipping and handling fees. No refund will be issued if the product is damaged or is missing a component. You will receive a credit on credit card within 20 business days of SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM receiving your package. If you do not receive any notification from SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM customer service via email within two business days after the initial 20 business day period, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please keep a record of your tracking number. If you do not receive any notification on the status of your return, please email us with your tracking info.

Warranty:

OEM/ORIGINAL PRODUCTS: Original Equipment Manufacturer items. This means that the Manufacturer covers the warranty and not SOLSTARWIRELESS.COM For "OEM" product warranties, please refer to the manufacturer for details (Manufacturer Contact List). All OEM products display "OEM" somewhere in the product description of the item.
